I'm not going to describe the book because you can read that in the blurb, I really enjoyed this book, it is well written with a good plot and amazing characters, Jaden did get my full attention.
If you see your husband reading this book and smiling it's because he is probably agreeing with the dialogue, it has extremely funny moments and I praise the author for writing from a man's POV, that could not have been easy. She did a great job though because when I read it I thought that is how men would talk and react.

Overall it's a great book with action, humour, some less nice moments and a dose of reality and of course a little romance. The (hot) sex scenes are nicely inserted and are in context with the story.

So thank you Sammie J for writing a great book that was a pleasure to read and am looking forward to the next one. I hope to see Jaden's story very soon.

This is a great book. It has action, romance and everything else that makes a great book. Sammie J 's books are very good, she has become one of my favorite authors. I HOPE that there will be more books to continue with the characters introduced in this book.
This is another amazing book by Sammie J. The author developed her characters well. I laughed, cried and was mad at times. I felt like I knew Aaron and I felt his pain and heartache. I look forward to seeing all the characters again in book two hopefully. Reed, Jaden and especially Nate were all great characters. This story tells the life of our Hero Aaron.
Wow!!! What can I say, this book was amazing. I loved it from page one and couldn't put it down. I stayed up late so I could finish it!!! Piece of Heaven was unique, bold and I fell in love with the characters. I hope she will write more books on this storyline. Sammie J is now one of my favorite authors. I can't wait to read her next books.
Aaron tells us the lucky readers about most of his life. The good, the bad, the sexy. Find yourself reading along as he learns about the paranormal and all that comes along. Feel the pain, enjoy the love, cry with the sadness, laugh with the tears. You'll see a little difference in some of the fairy tales of the paranormal. But you'll love those differences!

I'm going to be totally honest in this review. I loved this story so much,( and no I'm not being paid. Sometimes I feel as some reviews are paid for). I loved Aaron from the beginning, he wasn't afraid of emotions, not that he's sappy, then you add in the other characters and WOW . It's a must read,

You have to keep an open mind. Aaron is the narrator through the entire book, as this is his story. He is funny and sarcastic. He was sent into the Navy at 17 because he got into trouble with the crew he was hanging around. From there the story takes us through his training and then his induction into a secret group called RUM that protects and saves supernatural beings. I lost the timeline here because it's doesn't explained how long it has been aside from a few times where weeks or maybe a month or two are mentioned.
Aaron meets Nevaeh when he rescues her, he quickly becomes infatuated with her but doesn't understand why. After a while they meet up again and he spends time with her (she is a female wolf), they fall in love but its not that simple because of pack law.
After a few more shenanigans they do get their HEA.
Let me start by saying I loved the writing style of Sammie J!!! I fell in love with Aaron from the very beginning. What started out as a mistake at 17, leading him to joining the military, ended up being the best thing to ever happen to him. That one mistake showed him how big this world really is by his travels and his amazing skills led him to furthering his career and getting the opportunity to join R.U.M. Who knew that there was a paranormal world out there? Sammie J created this world so perfectly that it makes you wonder if the paranormal truly exist. Vampires, fae, werewolves and so much more open a whole new world for Aaron as he develops life long friendships with all of these different beings. If you want to read an amazing action packed book full of suspense and lets not forget the amazing love story that begins as soon as he lays eyes on Nevaeh, then you MUST read this book!!! I hope to read more about every character this author has created because I have to know what happens to Jaden, Nate, Reed and Bella. I am a fan of Sammy J and can't wait to read her other books!!!
