A turning point ensued after the sudden passing of her youngest brother Paul, when seeking a quieter lifestyle she not only packed her suitcase but hired a truck and relocated with her partner Shez to The Southern Highlands, setting up work in their Natural Therapies and Counselling business.

Both Shez and Chris had studied in Reiki, and Chris continued on further to attain her Reiki Masters so as to satisfy the requests from local Southern Highland eager students who wanted to follow on that path.
Chris’s journey and challenges with breast cancer and later her father’s dementia invite those seeking insights with shared thoughts.
Alzheimer’s, dementia have no roadmaps due to the individual nature of the progressive degenerative road mapped brain interference. But when love is present, even the most trying prognosis can be negotiated with caring and support.
The opportunity to delve deeper with her inner child work unleashed a stronger woman whose strength enabled her to manifest a reconnection with the core of her inner being, to build her understanding of not only where she came from, but gave her a stronger more self-assured picture of where she is going.
